Our journey in fire and safety began in 1990, under the name Fyresafe Engineers, where we built a strong reputation in the field of fire safety.
Building on this experience and success, DeWorth Equipments Private Limited (DEPL) was established in 2005 as a wholly private holding company.
Over the years, we have continued to expand our capabilities, serving some of India's leading public and private sector organizations, including Bharti Enterprises, Siemens, Coca-Cola, Escorts, ICICI Lombard, Aditya Birla Group, and many more.

As the managing director, Mr. Dilshad Ahmed is committed to ensuring complete client satisfaction. Ms. Zarina Ahmed, the esteemed Chairman of the DZ Foundation, is an award-winning social worker who has been recognized by prestigious newspapers like the Times of India and Hindustan Times, Delhi, for her selfless and fearless service to mankind during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ms. Zarina has been a dedicated representative of Kundali Vidhan Sabha, New Delhi, serving uninterrupted for nearly a decade. Her remarkable socio-political connections have proven to be a valuable asset for our enterprise. Not only is she a successful entrepreneur, but Ms. Zarina is also a renowned fashion designer. Her entrepreneurial journey includes the founding of Elle Boutique in Vasundhara Enclave, New Delhi. With her exceptional achievements in both social work and entrepreneurship, Ms. Zarina Ahmed brings a unique blend of expertise and leadership to our organization, making her an invaluable part of our team.

Dr. DM Sarkar
With over 30 years of distinguished experience in both the defense and corporate sectors, Dr. DM Sarkar brings a wealth of expertise to our organization. His extensive background spans general management, CRM, HRD, vigilance, legal affairs, inventory management, supply chain management, and logistics. Dr. Sarkar’s impressive career includes serving as the Deputy General Manager of the Canteen Stores Department under the Ministry of Defense, Government of India. In this role, he was instrumental in overseeing a diverse range of operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance within the defense supply chain. In addition to his practical experience, Dr. Sarkar has contributed to academic and professional development as a guest faculty member at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and the Yashwantrao Chavan Academy of Administration, Pune. He has also been recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the Manipal Education Foundation. An alumnus of prestigious institutions including the Indian Institutes of Management (IIM Calcutta and IIM Indore), Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), National Institute for Training in Industrial Engineering (NITIE, now IIM Mumbai), and Management Development Institute (MDI Gurgaon), Dr. Sarkar’s academic credentials further underscore his depth of knowledge and commitment to excellence. Mr. Subhash
A leading fire technocrat with extensive experience in the fire safety industry. He holds a PG DP in Safety Management and an MBA in Disaster Management. With covetous positions at the Airport Authority of India and as General Secretary of All India Fire Services Game, his contributions have shaped national safety standards. He is also a fellow member of the Institute of Fire Engineers (India) and proudly served as Chair of the Aviation Society of India. His guidance ensures top-notch safety and security for our clients.
